At Huggypet Store, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy on eligible items.

Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
